ANITA GALAMBOS
Facilitator • Coach • Programme Designer
Anita's strength is building a practical, day-to-day system for ethical and safe workplace culture based on each company's unique needs. She doesn't apply ready-made templates — she starts from the organisation's existing operations, challenges and goals, and builds a clear, step-by-step framework that people can actually follow.
She tailors solutions to the organisation's size, industry and processes: she connects leadership, HR/compliance and employee trainings with procedures, codes of ethics/protocols and implementation steps, so culture change becomes a sustainable way of working — not a short-term campaign. Trainings include practical tools, case studies and communication patterns, helping learning translate into everyday decisions, meetings and leadership situations.
Participants receive ready-to-use phrases, questioning techniques, conflict-handling and feedback patterns, which they can immediately adapt to their own real-life cases. Anita is strong in group facilitation and in a human-rights / equal-opportunity approach; she creates a safe space for honest, non-judgemental conversations about sensitive topics such as harassment, discrimination, boundary violations and abuse of power.
She also pays special attention to helping participants feel confident to ask questions, share feedback and bring in their own dilemmas — turning learning into a real dialogue.
Her extensive client and project experience (12 years in project management, 27 years in client service) ensures the framework is transparent, measurable and sustainable. Her work helps leaders, HR and employees find a shared language — and ensures compliance, ethics and business goals reinforce each other instead of competing.
