Programme Details

Two programmes. One goal: a safe workplace.

Both programmes are fully tailored, and can be implemented independently or together — built around your organisation's real gaps.

Harassment Prevention Programme

Workplace Harassment Prevention

A comprehensive organisational programme designed to prevent, manage and respond to sexual harassment, abuse and misuse of power — from diagnosis to a fully working system.

29%

Nearly a third of Hungarian employees have experienced sexual harassment at work — and most cases are never reported.
FES Research, 2024

What does the organisation receive?

Clear roles for HR and managers. Everyone knows their responsibilities and what action to take.

🔒

Safe Reporting Channel

A transparent, confidential process that affected employees can trust — and actually use.

🎓

Leadership & HR Training

A prepared team that can respond immediately — without improvising, making mistakes or losing time.

📁

Documented Procedures

Every step recorded, auditable, with documentation suitable for legal protection.

🔁

Monitoring & Review

The system is not a one-off event — we measure and improve it after implementation too.

How does implementation work?

1

Risk Assessment & Diagnosis

Data collection, interviews, review of existing processes. We identify precisely what is missing and why.

2

Protocol & Procedure Development

A tailored harassment management protocol — designed around your industry, size and existing structure.

3

Training & Go-Live

Leadership and HR training, reporting channel activation, staff communication. The system goes live.

4

Follow-up & Improvement

Regular review and any necessary fine-tuning — the organisation learns and develops over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does implementation take?
The programme is available in two forms:

Training / Workshop: Minimum 4 hours, ideally a full day — 1 or 2 sessions. Fast, focused preparation for HR and leadership teams.

Full System Implementation: From diagnosis to a working system — protocol, training, reporting channel, ongoing review. Typically 6–12 weeks depending on organisational size.

The risk assessment and initial consultation are free and without obligation.
Is this legally required?
Employers are obliged to provide a harassment-free working environment under labour law. Failing to act can carry legal and financial consequences. The programme helps organisations meet these obligations.
Do we need a dedicated HR or compliance officer?
Not necessarily — part of the programme involves identifying who within your existing structure can take on the responsible role. Where needed, we also help design that role.

Supportive Workplace Programme

Supportive Workplace

A programme designed to recognise and respond to intimate partner violence in the workplace — because what happens at home shows up at work too.

49%

Nearly half of Hungarian women have experienced physical or sexual violence in their lifetime. That is one and a half times the EU average.
EU Gender-based Violence Survey, 2024

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the employer's responsibility?
Yes. Intimate partner violence shows up at work — as reduced performance, absences and turnover. Organisations that recognise this and build a system around it retain their talent and reduce risk.
What is the difference between the harassment prevention and supportive workplace programmes?
The harassment prevention programme focuses on perpetrators within the workplace. The supportive workplace programme focuses on those where the abuse is happening at home — but showing up at work. The two complement each other.
Can it be implemented on its own?
Yes, both programmes can be implemented independently. That said, the two together create a stronger system — and the organisation is better equipped to handle every possible situation.
